The tent is built with zippered windows for easy ventilation in the warmer months. Or for a compact tent heater in the winter months.
The tent is designed to withstand high winds and heavy snow. The material is 210 polyester, that is PU coated with a rip stop. The seams of the tent are tape sealed. The tent is also fire retardant. The liner is made of B3 Mesh. The floor is made of 210D ocford.
It does a great job weathering storms, as well as keeping bugs out in the warmer months. The winter camping tent is extremely easy to set up with a single person. Setup will take 5 minutes or less. Has a 2 pole setup for convenience of carry.

Next on our winter tent camping list is the ALPS Mountaineering Tasmanian 3-Person Tent. This winter camping tent is a little different from the other cold weather tents on our list. One of the biggest differences is that is utilizes a free standing pole system. Which is quicker to setup than the other winter tents on our list.
The tent is made of polyester material. Which will resist water and UV rays. The polyester fly has two vestibules for extra storage. It will easily fit 3 adults and gear comfortably.
The cold weather tent is equipped with two doors for easy entry, and has zippered mesh windows for extra ventilation. Fully equipped with #8 zippers mesh storage pocket gear loft. Comes with stakes and guy ropes.
The tent weighs 9 lbs and is a little more expensive than the others at $395.

Next on our winter tent camping list is another ALPS Mountaineering cold weather tent. This one is quite a bit cheaper at $140. Make no mistake, the price is less, but the quality is not.
As with our last ALPS tent, the Taurus also utilizes a free standing 2 fiberglass pole design. Which makes assembly and setup much easier.
Polyester tent fly that resists water and UV damage while adding two vestibules for extra storage and space. Has a mesh roof, as well as two entryways and a zippered window on each side for easy access and great ventilation.
Fully equipped with #8 zippers, mesh storage pockets, and has a gear loft. Can easily accommodate 4 adults and gear.
Weighs in at 10 lbs, which is still considered a rather lightweight winter tent.

Next on our winter tent list is the Camppal 3 4 Person Tent for Camping. This cold weather 4 season tent will accommodate 4 adults with gear.
The tent is made of 210T polyester. Which is water resistant as well as fire resistant. It is also coated with an anti freezing and deep cold proofing compound.
The poles for the tent are made of a strong feeling aluminum. The tent has been tested in all types of weather, including strong winds and heavy snow. The feels sturdy and safe when inside.
This cold weather tent is different from the others due to the fact that it has a front porch area, complete with an awning. Which can offer extra space for gear storage. The setup for the entire tent will take around 5 minutes from start to finish. This winter tent is also free standing which allows it to be moved easily if needed.
